By contacting me with the intention of commissioning art and/or live2D Cubism rigging you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of service outlined below.

General- Only payments made with Paypal or through Vgen are accepted.
- Personal information that may be shared during the transaction will be kept strictly confidential and is only to be used for legal documentation.
- The product you receive is digital and will not be shipped.
- You have to be of legal age and with the funds to commission.
- cmo3 (editable files) will generally not be provided. Open for discussion.

Usage rights and Credit policy- As the artist/rigger; I reserve the right to post about the project on social media during production with the exception that the client has requested and paid an additional fee for an NDA/privacy pre-debut.
- I reserve the right to use the showcase result of the project for the purpose of portfolio samples and/or showcasing.
- The client has to credit using @i0lantheArt on twitter and/or in other visible areas; such as a permanent spot on your streaming platform. Linking to my website would be greatly appreciated.
- Product cannot be resold.
- Using products for tracing, NFT, crypto or AI, such as AI-generated art is prohibited.
- Commercial use is allowed.

Commissioning

- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- I can cancel a commission and the client will be given a refund.
- Prices are subject to change. You cannot commission former services/services to former prices.What you can commission:
- Live2d art and/or rig + animated expressions.
- Human/humanoid avatar art and/or rig.
- Vtuber concept design
- Vtuber reference sheet
- Non humanoid avatar (rig only).
- Slight NSFW/Lewd.
- Desirable artstyle directionWhat you cannot commission:
- Mecha and non-humanoid art.
- Art/rigging of character designs belonging to someone else.
- Tracing/copying the work of others.
- Re-rigging without permission from the original rigger/artist.
- Illegal content, client takes all responsibility for knowing the policy of their homeland.
- Artstyle requests that derive too much from my personal artstyle or comfort.Process:
- Client is expected to be clear, provide reference and give as much information on what they want from the commission before any work is started.
- Client can be assisted with the creation of their character design, but I will not design from scratch.
- As the artist/rigger, I require a decently long (2-3 months) or no deadline.
- Client has no limited revisions during the sketch phase of an art project, but is expected to be reasonable in their request for revisions.
- During the lineart/rendering phase the client will get to request revisions three times.
- The client will be sent the files of the rigged product three times before being sent the final product. At these times the client may request revisions that are within reason and the rigger’s capability.
- I will send low quality photos/videos of work updates.
- I will be available to make changes to the rig the first 60 days after delivery of the product if the client is dissatisfied.
- If a client wants additional outfits/toggles/expressions/animations after delivery they will have to commission again. Clients commissioning updates will be prioritized.
- If I am unable to meet the set deadline, the client will be contacted and an explanation will be given. An extension of deadline and/or partial refund will be provided.

Additional fees- Additional expressions/animated expressions or toggles outside original agreement.
- Rigging for vbridger (if not already included)
- Revisions requested after the client has spent all free ones.
- If client want all model data to be kept private(NDA) before their debut/release they will have to pay an additional 10% of total payment.
- If the commission is highly complex an additional fee may be expected to be paid. Up to discussion.
- No additional commercial fee unless it is from an established company/non-indie group.

Payment and refund policy- Normally a paypal invoice will be sent and the client is to pay at least 50% of total payment before any work is started and the remaining 50% once the sketch phase is finished. A different payment plan can be discussed.
- For rigging commissions full payment has to be done before any work is started unless a different payment plan has been agreed upon.
- Client can get a full refund if they want to cancel commission before any work has begun.
- If the commission is at the sketch phase when client request a refund, they will get a refund of 85% of the total payment.
- If I am unable to deliver a finished product on deadline a refund total of the % work left will be given.
- A refund will not be given in any other circumstance than already mentioned.
- Client will not open a Paypal case or chargeback.
